Forget everything you know about The Legend of Zelda games. The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild continues to be a game that promises near endless discovery, with players experimenting with the physics-based world that Nintendo has worked hard to create.
First, There are tons of great things about this game. There are 120 Shrines in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Each shrine has a Monk who grants Spirit Orbs following successful completion of a trial consiting of a battle with a Guardian or puzzle, and they're varied and fun. There are only a few proper dungeons, and they're not really done in the traditional sense, but they're very good as well. Also, scouring the world for little Korok puzzles to earn Korok seeds is great fun.
The vast amount of items you can find, the cooking system, the various clothing and effects, and the weapons system are all great too. And though it's a divisive subject, I really like the weapon durability system, as it forces you to prioritize and use different things for different situations.

Battling enemies requires strategy - The world is inhabited with enemies of all shapes and sizes. Each one has its own attack method and weaponry, so you must think quickly and develop the right strategies to defeat them.
