Telltale is at it again and has crafted a masterpiece for gamers of all ages to enjoy. Guardians of the Galaxy is Telltale’s latest take on it's episode adventure series. The popularity of the series has skyrocketed since the movie released and this game looks to capture what people love about the series. In the Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series adventure game, players will take on multiple roles within the ragtag band of heroes, and take the pilot's seat in directing their escapades around the universe.

There are two big fights in Guardians of the Galaxy's first chapter, but its real conflict is spoiler-proof: The team is, big surprise, at each other's throats. A player currently has access to the first of five episodes, titled “Tangled Up In Blue,” which spends roughly two hours reinforcing the complexities of family and features some finger-fumbling encounters with the Mad Titan Thanos and a Kree female warrior named Hala.
Specifically, after Peter receives a distress call from the famed intergalactic police force Nova Corps, he agrees to send his team on a mission to stop a supervillain who is searching for a reality-altering artifact called the Eternal Forge.
The result of the encounter sends the team into an emotional tailspin where each must decide their alliance to the Guardians before engaging in a frantic fight for the artifact. There is lengthy combat sequence where players are controlling all 5 members of the team.
By the end of the episode, you’ll be fully invested in the Guardians of the Galaxy and their latest adventure. It’s a highly enjoyable opening two hours with a wonderful conclusion but its ultimate success will hinge on future episodes to come.
