Natsume and Rising Star Games have announced a new entry in the Harvest Moon franchise that will release for PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC. Harvest Moon: Light of Hope is farming simulation franchise, and it’s a milestone. Not only is the title heading to PlayStation 4, but it’s also bound for two other consoles: Nintendo Switch and Windows PC, both new territory for the series.
In Harvest Moon: Light of Hope, players begin the game as they set out looking for a fresh start and new surroundings. With the new game, you’ll begin by setting out and looking for a fresh start, but during your voyage, your ship is hit by a monsoon and goes down. As they drift into a small harbor town, now in a shambles from the storm, it will be up to the player to help rebuild the town and save the lighthouse…but it won’t be easy!.

According to Natsume President Hiro Maekawa, Light of Hope is a “SNES-style nostalgic game” with a robust story and clear-cut goals. He also said. "We set out to create a SNES-style nostalgic game with deep and meaningful characters and events, and we are excited to have our fans play it at E3 and tell us what they think!"
